Urbanism
Our business specializes in urban planning design, and we strive to create the best possible land use for all large-scale projects with a thoughtful mix of uses, mobility and diversity. The stages of projecs we design are as follows: PUD, MASTERPLAN, and PUZ. Through applied urban design study, we enjoy imagining alternative and better futures. It aspires to reduce the distance between design innovation and societal impact.
Arhitecture
The primary area we feel responsible for improving in order to enhance the built world is architecture. We firmly think that good architecture results from good space design that is integrated with the surroundings, as well as a significant body of knowledge regarding building methods and materials. We develop projects beginning with the Concept Phase, followed by Feasibility Studies, Building Permit Projects (DTAC), Technical Projects (PT-DE), and we pay close attention to the Construction Site, where we provide Technical Assistance and seek out quick and effective solutions.
